As a result of recent expansion we are looking for an experienced Pharmacist who can demonstrate strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving pharmacy performance and will be able to show that they are committed to delivering pharmaceutical and customer care of the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have at some post qualification experience in community pharmacy and will have the drive and necessary accreditations to be proactive in providing a full range of services in busy community pharmacies. Sheppards Pharmacy is an independent family owned business. It has grown steadily over the past 45 years and is now a thriving independent multiple with 34 pharmacies in South Wales. This position will suit a dynamic, highly motivated and passionate Pharmacist Manager who is looking to progress their career in community pharmacy.
